Default 8800 Cingular Unlock Failed

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, i ordered an unlocking from HorizonWireless a few days ago but unfortunately they could not unlock the phone for me. I got the response that the they could not find my IMEI and thus i can not unlock the phone. Is there any other solution or way of unlocking this phone, it is Cingular branded and i live in Canada with no access to a Cingular Sim mind you. Any help would be appreciated, tnx

Hello Maneseri, sometimes Unlockcodes are not in the database due to the fact that they may be replacement units. What we do in cases such as yours is give you the option of using the RIM database to obtain the code. It is more costly, but the chances are greater that yout IMEI is in that database. Email me and ill give you instuctions on how to go about it
