Yes. You need to be an existing Verizon customer with an account in good standing.
If you meet those criteria, then you need to contact Verizon Global Support and ask them to provide you with an unlock code for your device.

No, I'm asking because I'm NOT a Verizon customer... Is it possible?

Are you asking if it is possible to get it unlocked so you can slide an Orange SIM in and use it outside North America? Yes, but given that you are not a VZW customer it is going to be difficult because VZW has no incentive to work with you. Penguin gave you the process in his response. I don't think the unlocking firms can help you.

I used this company several years ago and unlocked my phone. However, I will not vouch for there service.
