Default Enterprise Activation Issue

Please Login to Remove!

Several days ago, My BB 8700 just stopped working for no apparent reason. When IT admin setup my settings on Server-end, many times I tried to Wipe Handheld > Enterprise Activation, but the status always shows “The server is not responding”. And I am sure the singal is full bar.

How to check the problem and solve it?

Welcome to the forums.

The IT Admin may have to remove and re-add your account on the server, and then you can then reactivate.

er, the IT admin also removed and re-add my account on the server for many times, then I tried to do the reactivation, but it is always failed, and I am sure the email address and password is right. I don't know why it is failed, and I activated successfully the BB at before.
