Question mail push from co

Please Login to Remove!

mail arrives at my laptop but does not always go to blackberry 8700c.

for instance, I received a mail on my laptop at 623pm, 640pm, 730pm...and it is now 8pm, and still nothing on the blackberry. some come through, some dont..

what's up.....i called comcast, and they said if the mail is getting to the laptop in a timely manner, then the prob is not on their end.

helllllllllppppppppp

probably going to need lots more info. Are you on a company blackberry enterprise server (BES) (Does your company have your BB set up and all?) or is this done with a blackberry internet service, where you set up your email account through your BB or the web service?

Might try a couple of things...

1. Try resending the service books...

2. Do a battery pull while your BB is on and let it reset...

This is most likely a device problem vice comcast...

Sounds to me like you need to change your setup in your laptop's email client to "Leave Messages on Server" and then give it a couple days before they are deleted. My guess is that mail is coming to the laptop and then deleted from your email server as soon as they download, hence the mail is unable to be pulled by RIM to be sent to the BB.
