Hi Guys, I have here an BB 8820 phone but the user for this phone requested me to have his password change. I already created the password for this unit upon activation.

How do I change it?

In BlackBerry Manager, right click the user's name in the user list and choose 'Set Password and Lock Handheld' from the menu.
