my phones signal is stuck on GPRS, i cant receive calls, or send text messages...can someone help

Have you called your carrier?

no not got a data plan, i dont even want GPRS...no havent called my carrier...i cants send messages why?

Is this BlackBerry new or second hand?

Without a data plan, you should only be able to make phone calls and send text messages. Unless the BB has been programmed otherwise.

i got it new NJ, been using it for like 6 months, its just turned to gprs yesterday and cant receive or send messages, dont know why it changed

yee dont all reset procedures...could it be the update, because ive just updaded to the last OS 2 days ago?

well since the update (1 day) it has been working fine. the update seems good though dont want to downgrade
