I have a bb 8700 that the fed gov gave me to use. I used to use it for email only and had set it up to recieve my comcast email. I have now purchased my own bb8830 and tried to remove the comcast email off the 8700. I have gone into email setting and removed the comcast account, but cannot find (even after using show all icons) the email set up icon so I can remove the account totally so I am still recieving comcast email on this bb 8700. Any Ideas

If the device has an IT Policy on it from being attached to a BES, then it's likely that the policy settings have disabled/removed that icon completely.
