Hi,

I had recently updated my BB 8820 with V4.5.0.52. In the previous version whenever i delete the message, it used to prompt whether to delete the message from both the Mail Box and the Hand held or else only from the hand held. In the new version it is only showing up 'DELETE' and it doesn't show the option to delete from the Mail Box. Can anybody help me understand if i need to do some configuration/setup to have the option for 'Delete the messages from both the Handheld and Mail Box or only from the hand held'.

Messages > Options > Email Reconciliation. Set each address preferences to your desire.

Also, you may just need to resend the service books. if you open one of the mails that just says "delete" and scroll into the headers, does it say "Received using: Unknown?"

If so, just resend service books by going to Options >Advanced Options >Host Routing Table. Hit the menu key and select "Register Now."
