ATT US 8800 OS - Am I missing something?
 

So I goto BlackBerry and follow the links from the device page here for the software downloads, which takes me here. In the dropdown however there is no Blackberry 8800 device?

I grabbed the 8820 but it's not the same for the 8800.....

I did find this link here in the forums, but it's for the Romania Multilanguage install, that won't make a difference will it?

All versions come with English (in addition to any other localized languages).

Yeah I saw those links, I was hoping for something straightforward so I don't have to have users delete vendor files and whatnot to install the application.

Why wouldn't RIM have it listed on their site when I search, but it is under the other link I posted for the Romania version?

ahh thats the ticket. Thanks! So what was I doing wrong? I see thats specifically for ATT, should I have gone through ATT's site to find the download as opposed to RIM?

Glad it worked. That's how I got there. I went through AT&T's site.
