Default Lotus Synch Error

Hi All, I recently picked up a blackberry 8830 phone. I'm unsuccessfully trying to sync it with my Lotus organizer. After not being able to see my Lotus files I downgraded my software to version 4.2 service pack 2.
Now I am able to see the lotus organizer files. However, when I sync I receive these messages once the synchronization is complete. "Calender application on device does not exist" and "Address Book application on device does not exist." I do not have a blackberry enterprise server, but I was under the impression that I did not need one to synch Lotus organizer.
Thanks for any help you can offer.

Just throwing it out there but when you go into the Application loader are your Address Book and Calendar checked (installed on your BlackBerry)?
8830 -> 8330 -> 9550 -> 9650
Just think about how far BlackBerries have come from then till now... And what else is coming.
