Default Tmobile 8820: Fatal error occurred

Hey
Just got my BB 8820

I was trying to ugprade it to the 4.5 software but I keep getting a fatal error has occured when its trying to connect to the device ROM.

Any ideas why..?
Using desktop manager 4.5..

unplug your bb, reboot your pc, and then try again. I encounter a lot of this problem, a reboot normally solve the problem.
