I started up my browser and I set up my accounts on the Blackberry Internet Service hoping it would show up but it didn't :(
You might want to try to pull the battery, resend the service books and put your batter in. You have a BB data plan so that isn't an issue. If that doesn't work. You may be dialing T-Mobile support for some assistance.
