hello,
I just purchased my 8820 for T-Mobile US and just activated my phone late afternoon but I'm having trouble with email.

I can go on the browser and t-zones but I don't see the option where I can set up an email.

I remember on my 8700g I was able to just click that icon and set it up and it would appear on my home screen but it isn't working.

Any ideas of what to do?

I started up my browser and I set up my accounts on the Blackberry Internet Service hoping it would show up but it didn't :(

You might want to try to pull the battery, resend the service books and put your batter in. You have a BB data plan so that isn't an issue. If that doesn't work. You may be dialing T-Mobile support for some assistance.

Thank you!

A couple more questions,
is Facebook having a problem cause I can't download it.

Also,
What are the benefits to updating to OS 4.5?

I don't know about Facebook.

For feature improvements in 4.5 try reading the thread for you model in the Sticky Notes at the top of t he 88xx section... HTML email, calendar and Address book improvements, etc.

I looked and I didn't see what the specific improvements were. I just saw the 3 different stickies and went into the 8820 one but it only had installation directions.

EDIT.

Sorry!

But I'm also having BBM problems!

I add my friends PIN's but they don't get it.
I don't get their requests either :(

Any help?
