Default 7100 No host routing table, server books, etc.....

Ok so i bought a 7100 off of Ebay last week, turned it on everything worked great was thinking about getting a data plan all of that. Then a couple of days ago my BB crashed and gave me the service 400 error. I had to downoad all the stuff from tmobile, (my desktop manager wasn't even recognizing my BB) Anyways now my blackberry is up and running but i notice when i go to options there isnt a application option, Host routing table option, server book option, and also a couple were at the end WAP, and some other ones that had to do with networking (i believe). Why are these gone ive went to desktop manager and they aren't in there either. Im prob missing more too but i honestly cant remember.

The only ones i have now are about, advanced options, auto on/off, auto text, bluetooth, custom wordlist, date/time/language, network, owner, screen/keyboard, security options, SMS, status, and theme .

Again why am i missing some and how do i get them back...........i do not have a service plan but before the crash i didnt either and i could still see these options

No, it didn't. Those options have always been under the Advanced menu.
They're not controlled by themes at all. It's hardcoded into the OS.
