Default Accidentally wiped calendar and contacts while installing notifylink

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, like the title states, while installing NotifyLink software on an employees Blackberry 8830, I missed the windows that was asking if I really wanted to delete PIM entries. I clicked yes by mistake.

Is there any way to recover this informations as it was extremly important informations to the person.

He never synchronised his blackberry with his pc so there is no way I can recover it with Desktop Manager.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

PS: I have no experience with blackberry and smart phones in general.

No backup?
That's not good.

Without a backup I think you are out of luck.

Welcome to the forums.

Is this user by chance on BES in addition to Notify Link?

If not, you are most likely out of luck, as NJ stated.

No. BIS only forwards e-mail. Not PIM information.
