Hi, like the title states, while installing NotifyLink software on an employees Blackberry 8830, I missed the windows that was asking if I really wanted to delete PIM entries. I clicked yes by mistake.

Is there any way to recover this informations as it was extremly important informations to the person.

He never synchronised his blackberry with his pc so there is no way I can recover it with Desktop Manager.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

PS: I have no experience with blackberry and smart phones in general.

No we are using scalix so the only possibility is notifylink. However, the user had a personnal email account (BIS) could that help ?

No. BIS only forwards e-mail. Not PIM information.
