Service book error?

I am a noob when it comes to enterprise, and can't seem to figure this one out. I have a user that can receive emails from BES, but cannot access the more command (he gets the "more request cannot be completed..."etc error), open attachments, or send emails. I tried to resend the service book, but no luck. I have read a lot of similar posts, but none have been helpful. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try going into Options, Advanced Options, Host Routing Table. Click on the trackwheel and then click Register Now. That will re register the handheld with the network. Then go to Options, Security Options, General Settings. Scroll down till you see Services. Highlight the first line below Services, and then click on the trackwheel and select Regenerate Encryption Key.

That should resync the handheld with the BES and get the service books also.

Yes, turn your wireless radio back on ;-)

Is the device in Capital EDGE or GPRS???? Have you tried reactivating it again with the email address and password?

Yes, it was in Capital EDGE. No, haven't reactivated it yet, previous administrator had the user do that twice already, so I was doing that last, figuring that there might be something else happening. Might be today's attempt, however.

I believe that if EDGE (or GPRS)is in Capital, then you have access to BIS/BES. So, there should be no bigger problem. Try Register Again!!!!!!!! Hope it helps you.
