Default Caller ID shows company name

Please Login to Remove!

My blackberry shows normally shows the persons name when some one calls. If I have a company name entered in the address book, it shows that instead. Any ideas how to make it show the persons name instead. I called T-mobile. I they tried disabling content protection as well as setting address book to no, but it didn't work. Which should be moot anyway because I don't lock my phone.
Any ideas?

Are you sure they're calling from their invidual #s or the office #? For example, I work for a large company and I have my own personal 10 digit # (not an extension) and if I were to make a call out, the company general # will be displayed on the outbound caller ID.

That's what I was thinking... That the data was coming accross the network and not from your contacts list... Try changing the company name on someone who calls you often and see if the CID changes or stays the same....

I know its from my address book. My clients all have a 4 digit customer #. I put that in the Company name field and that is what's showing up.
