i recently purchased a use 8800 and decided to update the software to the most recent, something happened between the process and now there is no OS on the phone i get error 507 and 561 meaning no OS, so i try and load the firmware again through desktop manager, and it now asks me for a device connection password. A window pops up and shows my USB and PIN number and asks me for the password. so i dont know the password and try and just type anything hoping if i do it ten times it will just reset wiping the data so i can type a new password, but i can't seem to get past it and im pretty sure i typed the wrong password for more than 10 times. thanks

edit 1: whenever i try and connect the device and update the software it states that desktop manager can't connect to the device and i may need to type the password on the phone, but i dont think i can do so because all they give me is a white screen with the 561 error and nowhere to type the password. Is there anyway i can get the password or reset it from somewhere?
