Default 7290 charging problem?

Please Login to Remove!
when i plug in my ghetto 7290, the red light turns on , the little sand thing spins..then everything turns off..
how can i fix this ?

Upgrade or try changing the battery...

Could be you something wrong in the software. Try launching desktop manager and click on application loader. Pull the battery out and pop it back in so it restarts then plug it into the cable. It should detect the PIN number and when it does click next so it starts to check the apps. If it can then you can do a wipe and reinstall of the software.

does anyone have the desktop manager for this phone?
i dont have any software with it

there is some stuff on this website but i dont know what to DL

I would suggest v4.2 or higher. They are actually up to 4.6, I believe. Download 4.2 (that is the DESKTOP software only). If you need to download new Handheld software (there are two pieces) get the latest for the 7290. 4.2 I believe.
