Anybody have the email address for the T-Mobile Unlock Service?

Also what info do you need to send to them for the code?

Gee, did you leave this question on every forum?

Use the T-Mobile support webpage and send them the information requested below: http://support.t-mobile.com/caseSubmitForm.html

Thank you for taking the time to contact T-Mobile. All phones sold by T-Mobile are locked for use by T-Mobile SIM cards only. To unlock your handset, you must meet the following criteria and this criterion cannot be waived.

-You must currently have an active account or an account that has been cancelled less than 90 days ago.
-You must have at least 90 days of continuous active monthly service.
-The account must not be delinquent or in Write Off with an outstanding balance.
-Only one SIM Unlock code per active line of service.
-The name on the request must be listed on the account as the billed party name, authorized user, or contact name.
-Handsets purchased through e-bay, garage sales, pawnshops, etc. must still meet these requirements.

Upon meeting these conditions, please provide us with the following and we can make a request for this code.

-Account holders name (required)
-T-Mobile phone number (required)
-IMEI number, press *#06# on handset to get the IMEI (required) -Account Password or last four of the account holder's social security number (required) -Customer's contact number or email address -Make and model of the phone -Carrier's name if the phone is from another carrier -A brief reason for the request

If you have any other comments, questions, or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

Thank you for choosing T-Mobile.

Sincerely,
T-Mobile USA, Inc.

No spamming M2M. There are other threads that mention unlocking services, and that wasn't his question anyway.

That is true about all the stipulations that bollar wrote above. I just recently purchased a 7105t and got just the unlimited international data plan because I am in the military and overseas. Currently deployed to the middle east and my plan was to get the phone and have it unlocked so I could put my local chip I got out here in the phone to use.
T-Mobile said it was ok but then when I did the research and called them back up to have the phone unlocked they said I was not eligible until 90 days after I bought the phone.
So I went to a company and paid $95 for them to unlock it remotely and it was pretty easy and quick 4 day turnaround to get it unlocked.
