Default 7130e No longer connecting by USB

Please Login to Remove!

I have had my BB for over two years and have never had a problem synching to my PC. I went on a 10 day vacation and now when I plug the USB connector to my BB nothing happens. The desktop manager remains as "disconnected" and the battery is not charging in my BB.

I have tried another USB cord and get the same result. I have uninstalled and re-installed the destop manager but still no connection.

Ideas please.

Try rebooting the device. Also, try changing themes.

You need to go to Start and right click on my computers. (Or go to (My Computer) icon) then right button click, select properties, select tab with Device Manager, click on that. right click on USB or Ports and select scan for hardware.

Make sure BB is plugged b/4 doing this.

If this works, you need to go to properties in each USB component and go power management and turn off - power manage.

I hope this helps
