I have a 8700 device on the cingular/att network. It was used on my bes at work, now I replaced it with an 8800. I gave it to my brother who can use it as a phone but cannot get email on it. He went to cingular and he said it has something to do with the bes.
Any idea what this is and how I can get this fixed? I would like for him to get a data plan and use the device.
