Default 8gb Sandisc on 8800?

Please Login to Remove!

So this is my thought process... since the new pearl 8110 runs the latest version of the Blackberry OS and can run an 8gb microSD card, does it sound possible the same thing would hold true to an 8800 running 4.5?

It only works if you have os 4.5 loaded on your BB. With 4.2 the max is 2GB.

4.2.2.196 allows me to have an 8 GB, so if that version is available for your 8800 and check the release notes or FAQ to make sure.
