I bought a used 7250 from someone and been using it for a little while. I just got the plan set up to use the internet, etc. Well the web browser is outdated and not updatable so the net wont work. I'm getting the previous owners email, and it won't let me fix that problem because my pin number is already in use. Nobody at Sprint knows how to fix it. The store said call customer support and they don't know what to do either. Can anyone please help me?? I'm getting very frustrated here. Thanks.
