AIM, ICQ, Yahoo, etc. multi networking software questions.....
 

Does anyone know any free multi network software that can be used with our BB 8830 Verizon? I know theres Jive with the onetime fee but want to see what other alternatives people are using.

I was using Ramble but ever since I upgraded the OS to 4.5 its been acting up on me (not like it wasnt before). Has anyone heard of Mig33, EQC or things like that?

Webmessenger is free now, but JiveTalk is by far the best.

Yea Ive had Jive Talk on my other BB but only bought one license so it is good dont get me wrong but dont want to pay for it again thats why Im looking for something comperable to it and free.

Some people love ECQ and Webmessenger.

Me: JiveTalk. Buy the personal license, not the device license.

Yea if I do decide to go back to Jivetalk Ill probably go with a personal license. In the mean time I tried Webmessenger and its not that bad. Easy to configure and use.

Im debating if I should try EQO??

Im curious....lets just say that JiveTalk wasnt an option what would be you're second choice of multi networking messenger you would use??

I use Nimbuzz. Some people don't like it but I love it. It's free and ties everything together into one. Takes a bit of getting used to at first and has a few quirky things.. but a real winner in my book.

I really like ECQ! I agree that JiveTalk is the best but I'm liking to free "applications". The only issue I have with ECQ is that when you are on the phone it disconnects!

I love my Jivetalk, although, I have noticed that they are getting pretty bad at answering emails for support.
