My 8703e just recently (a few days) started displaying the spinning hour glass for almost everything I try to do. I can't even scroll without it coming up. Checking email is becoming a major task because I have to wait for the hourglass to go away...and sometimes it's minutes before it does. Is there anything I can do to get this phone running smoothly again? I have the latest OS installed.

What were you doing when it began. Did you load any apps that might have caused it? Deleted anything?

Have you pulled the battery for about 30 seconds and then let the BB reboot?

A second option would be to try to wipe it to factory settings.

Third option would be to reload the OS.

Didn't change anything...just started the other day out of the blue.
I pulled the battery a few times...no luck.
How do you wipe to factory? I have everything backed up in desktop manager.

Do a search on "wipe" and see what you find.
