I've had the same issue occur. 8830 running 220.127.116.11. It was working until rercently, I only noticed yesterday that HTML was not longer working. I've tried everything, resending books, re-registering, deleting service books/rebooting/rersending, but nothing will activate it again. In options the HTML selection is "YES". I've changed it to NO then back again, but nothing. Strange. Maybe it will just start working one day as easily as it stopped?
