Exclamation how to recover 8707v with error msg

Hi,

I have a 8707v that is stuck with error msg:
Data Abor...
Reset

I am going to reinstall new OS (ver 4.2.1) using Desktop manager ver 4.3.
But when i got into the step after selecting the correct com port, it asked for security password.
What should i do to remove the security password?
I can't wipe the handset nor remove IT policy since i can't get into the main OS.
Please help..
