Default Auto Unlock out of holster possible??

Please Login to Remove!

8830...i know you can set the option to lock phone when placing in holster...but is there a way to set the phone to automatically unlock the phone when taking out of holster? There are in holster/out of holster sound options so i know the phone can tell when it is out..if not a built in setting..maybe an add on app for the phone?

No, there is no option for that.

That would be a bit of a security hole if your device is stolen while in the holster

i really only use the "lock" function to lock the keyboard to prevent from dialing while in the holster. i didnt think there was a built in setting for this...if such a thing existed...i am sure it would be in some custom written app to install on the phone..
