Default Media Problem

Please Login to Remove!

Hello guys! i just bought an 8830WE and im starting to say...some of the features are kind of annoying for me thinking that it will be sooo easy out of the box. Ok my main problem is the ringtone deal.. I converted my files to MP3 and made sure that the ringtone didnt exceed 25 sec., i tried the 48kpps trick but my BB just says cannot play file. this is starting to get annoying.

Also another problem is that when i delete a media file off of the phone, the file still stays there but when you open it, it acts as if it were deleted..how do i truly delete the files off of there?

ANY HELP WILL DO! Thanks!

Do you have a memory card. If not it might be a memory problem. As far as deleting them have you tried pulling the battery with it powered on.
