Default Email lock with 8700g?

Please Login to Remove!

Below is an error message I get with Outlook 2007. ISP can't unlock yet. They think it is between the 8700/BB and their server. Nothing has changed on my laptop. Googled and tried a lot of suggestions. Basically, I can't download emails from my ISP. It seems the the server is locking the account so only one access can occur at a time. The BB server is always connecting and pulling the emails. I don't even know if these ideas are correct. Anyone have this specific issue?

If this isn't fixed may change ISP's.

Some Questions: I have BIS

1. I think you can no longer access a BB site or server to see your email like I can with my ISP's webpage. Or, for that matter make changes to your account.

2. Is it all thru your ISP now as far as setup and retrieving email. I.E. everything goes to my ISP then to my laptop and BB. I don't use my BB email only my personal email.

3. If I change to say AT&T can I delete my old email and setup new thru the BB or must AT&T be involved. I know where to go on the phone to do it. Just don't know if AT&T has to provide me some of the info.

PS: I may try to post this problem on the microsoft site see if there are any Outlook issues like this.
