Red face 8830 Address Book no syncing with BB Professional

Greetings:

I have a user that recently installed Blackberry Professional on his server because he purchased an 8830 World Edition through Verizon.

His calendar syncs fine. His email is coming through with duplicates. His address book is not syncing. We do not use the desktop software.

Advice on why we are getting duplicates on his email and why his address book is not syncing? He uses Outlook.

Go to contacts, blackberry button, options, disable wireless sync, save, and then re-enabling, save.
