hy i have a problem
when i connect my bb 8700c to my laptop i have to enter a password i i do not know what is it
what can i do

It is the same password as you use to enter the BB device itself... you must know, it cannot e bypassed.

It would be the same as the keylock pw, which is set at Options > Security > General Settings.

I can't be more specifid than to tell you EXACTLY where on the device you turn on/off the password setting.

If you don't know your password, then you don't know your password. There is not way around it. Sorry.

the other posability is that your using Lotus Notes on your PC for your emails, if so then it's possably asking you for the password that you use to open lotus notes with.

i find my problem
i use the numbers butt it was thw letters
thanks for the solution
but noe i have a problem with roxio manager
it show that i don't have a device connected
any sugestion
