Default 7130 will not find outlook

Please Login to Remove!

I am trying to load the desktop program for the 7130 to sinc with Outlook but under the options menu Outlook is ghosted. any thoughts?

Welcome to the BBForums.

You DM probably did not find the Outlook profile it needs to see, or you are using a newer version of DM (say 4.6?) and an older version of Outlook (like 2000?).

Check your versions and report back.

I am running Office Pro Outlook 2003 and BB desktop v 4.1

Outlook 2003 sp#? I am not 100% sure but you may want to consider updated your BB manager

Definitely, to Desktop Manager ver 4.2 SP 2, or DM 4.5.

I would recommend the version withOUT the Media Manager.
