Unhappy Help...I think I fried my 7100T

Hi all,
I am a total BB novice, but can use the basic functions. Well, today I plugged my 7100T into my sons BB charger and my BB lost power and won't turn back on. I took the battery out and put it back in..nothing. After a couple of minutes I picked it up and my phone was hot, so I took the battery out. I can't figure out what happened. Can someone please help me?

Sounds like maybe the battery went bad. It might just be time to upgrade.

It was working just fine and immediatly when I plugged it in...DEAD!

Sounds like you either fried the charger unit in the device and/or the battery, was his voltage the same as yours?

I had used this charger before with no problem. IDK, I guess I will try to check the battery.
