| | Putting midi files on device memory
Please Login to Remove!
Hey guys, I just got a new blackberry 8830 from my company and I was playing around with it. Anyway, I noticed that I have 12MB of device memory specifically for media, obviously this is a small amount so I decided to try and putsome midi files on there for some music (Yeah, I don't have a mp3 player) or ringtones. Anyway, when using the media manager it doesnt let me select MIDI files, only MP3s. I even tried a MP3 and it did'nt like anything bigger than like 2MBs. Also, I tried dragging the files from my computer into the media manager and it would bring up the convert audio popup, but then after selecting any options it looks like it did not do anything, still shows no media in the music folder, however, I think it took some space from the memory as its lower now than it was before and I can't browse using my computer because it's only for removable media such as the sd cards.
Whats the deal guys? Hopefully you can help me out
