v4.5.0.69 slowing down my bb 8800
 

I've been able to successfully load v4.5.0.69 to my bb 8800. problem is, my bb 8800 has drastically slowed down. i have a lot of space left on my bb. i have a 4 gb disk with around 1.9 gb's left. what should i do. anyone have an idea? its really slow!

Is it giving the hourglass often? 4.5.0.69 has sped up every device I've loaded it on.

yes, the hourglass is coming up pretty often. is there anything i can do? also 1 more question, my battery is dying fast. i must have changed some setting but i dont remember what it was. have any idea what i can do to keep my battery lasting longer?

My guess is that it's scanning your media card. If you open the media app does it say "scanning?"

i just loaded v4.5.0.69 so only around 7 minutes. is it going to end soon.

Yeah, give it some time. If you have lots of music and pictures it can take a while.

so what do you think i can do about my battery dieing so fast? anything? its a pretty new battery

A new OS may fix that issue. Give the new OS a try and post back if you're still having issues.
