my blackberry 8800 isnt restaarting because i typed the pass word ibn 5 times and didnt get it and when i try to restart it it says "JVM ERROR 513"

Your OS need to be reloaded, unfortunately. Find the appropriate sticky at the top of the 8800 forum and follow the instructions for downloading and installing the OS.
