You can try Dekart
It looks like there site is down right now.
You can manage Sim memory using this utility.
You will still have to copy each address one by one. Only 250 addresses can be managed on a sim at one time. Nextel sims have their own address book and are able to handle more than 250.

Are you trying to move your BB address book to a cell phone?

On the BB you can only load one phone number per name and no other data with the contact on the sim card. It's not really a viable option.

And how to do it, individually?

Address Book > find the first contact > put your cursor over a phone number > menu > Copy to SIM.

Do that for the next phone number and the next and move on to the next Address Book contact and rinse and repeat.

According to what you are trying to do, syncing your Address Book with Outlook or to an text based CSV file will allow you some optionos with whatever new device you might purchase if it is not a BlackBerry.

For a new BlackBerry, use the Switch Device Wizard in Desktop Manager.
