I just loaded 30 rock (awesome show by the way) onto my bb 8800. it is really slow and the voice is way ahead of the video. does anyone know whats wrong?

what are you using to convert them?

use the blackberry video converter, search google or this forum for it... doesn't have that issue Roxio does....

i was actually just using Microsoft explorer and copying and pasting it into my video file. is that the reason its not working well? can i please get a link the blackberry video converter.

also, what is the newest version of the blackberry video converter...

i dont know what version is out... any of them should work good... easy to use and works perfectly... you can even increase the volumne in the program so its louder for you on the device
