I'm using my new 7100T, but it seems there is no way to stop the noise and vibration everytime I receive an AOL IM in their IM client? I tried all the profiles and tech support was no help. Is there anyway to turn this off? It is really annoying...

I hear there are other webclients. Do I need an enterprise server to use something like webmessenger?

I don't know why this is such a problem.

I have never had it make a noise unexpectedly.

I'm having the same problem. Even with the earpiece plugged in, the IM sounds still come through the speakerphone.

I have the same problem too.. Let me know when there is solution... My 7100t vibrates....
