Just received the 7100 (T-Mobile) yesterday.

I read about a macro key, but for the life of me can't find out what they are talking about.

Is there a way to input strings, such as my name, or company name, w/o having to re-type it each time? My Samsung has commonly used sentences that I can edit, such as "I have to go now, talk to you later". Is this the Blackberry Macro function?

Can someone please give me a hint?

Tools -> Settings -> Autotext is the closest to that. You can type a few letters and it will complete entire words/sentances.
