I'm going to sell my old 8830 on eBay. In doing so should I remove the SIM? I've already activated my new Curve. Will selling the SIM to the next user cause me to incur bills from their international usage?

Just remove it to be safe, the new owner will have to get a new sim to set up his account. I don't think they can transfer an account on a used sim.

You should definitely keep your SIM card. They can't be activated on another account. And it will protect you from fraudulent use against your account.

Do not include your SIM !!

Make sure you delete the IT Policy if you were on BIS, wipe all data and cancel your BIS account if you had one. Read the article in the FAQ, "Buying a used BB on eBay". that will help you figure out what you need to do to avoid your seller from calling.
