Default Friendly Name Change

Please Login to Remove!

I'm looking for help with changing my 'Friendly Name' (Display Name).

I tried going to Settings/ Email Setup, but there was no option there to change my Friendly Name.

Can someone walk me through this?

Thanks in advance!...

Yes go to your Web client and under options there is a place to change that. If you have not setup an account there yet you will have to do so before you can access it. Find out from your provider the URL for your location.

KonTiki - Thanks. I've already setup my account, but can't find a way to change my Friendly Name.

When I go to Options/ Email Setup, I submit my User Id/ Password, then select View/Modify, but then I'm only given the option to change the Sent From Address.

How do I change my Friendly/ Display Name?

Sounds like you are accessing the webclient via the BB browser. You can't change that setting there. You will need to go to the webclient homepage on your PC. You will be able to change it there.
