Voice Commands - does 7100t have them or not?
 

Seen too many misc reviews.
Do they have push commands (like voice recognition for name dialing in your phone books)?

I can confirm this. Every time I get a voice quality complaint, I keep saying "Stop it, you peice of junk" to my phone, and it never fixes the problem. I conclude that there are no voice commands available.

Guess I'll have to wait for a software fix.

I hear that the engineers tried to add voice commands, however the sound distortion from the microphone was so bad that all the software in the world could not recognize what was being said to the phone. Maybe in a future release if they ever fix the microphone.

Actually, not with the phone, but with Cingular, you can get a voice dial capabilities - it costs a few bucks a month, but it is universally available. Just set up speed dial to a single number, and speak the name - it dials. Viola!
