Defective 7100G's from Cingular

I purchased my first blackberry a few months ago. After about 4 weeks the keypad had failed. It was replaced and now the escape key on the side isn't working correctly. Anyone else having problems???

No. Mine is fine. Even after bouncing on the sidewalk once or twice. Exchange it right away. Maybe third time is a charm!
