I just received a refurbished 8703e because my main phone ran its course. The new phone is great, but the trackwheel is problematic. When rolling the trackingwheel up, it frequently jumps 3-4 or even more clicks in the other directlion. So, clicking up maybe 20 clicks takes 3x the amount of time. I'll get halfway up a page and then be shoved down again.

Should I just send it back?

While I have your attention, I've been looking all over for the Smoothie theme. I had that on my old phone, and the data connector actually broke, so I lost everything. Where can I find the Smoothie theme? Google didn't help.

sometimes trackwheels are naturally sensitive

go to settings > screen and down there is an option 4 this......

Thanks. I took it to another repair store and they considered it defective as well. They were unable to fix it, so I'll get another new one on Tuesday.

How about the Smoothie theme? Is it still possible to obtain that from anywhere?
