Someone stole my 7100T today, and when i call my own phone, it was off. I have password protection on it. Now my question is, as long as they dont know my password the phone is useless to them no? Damn those bastards, i hope the memory wipe out after their 10th time!

We need an Amber alert system for missing BB's. Can you post a picture, I'll keep an eye out for it. I know how you must feel with your loss...

Call your carrier ASAP, TMo by the looks of it. They'll have your PIN and IMEI on file and they can mark the device as stolen redering it useless to anyone trying to use it or re-activate it under a new account.

Yea that was the first thing i did, call tmo and tell them the device was stolen. It just a hassle for me to call the police and make reports and stuff for the insurance company. What a waste of time, for me and for the thief trying to guess my password
