I had a blackberry years ago and traded in for a treo 650 b/c the syncing with Outlook contacts and calendar caused dups or would miss some...

My small business is considering switching to 7100 and would NOT have BES... does anyone have experience on the effectivenss of syncing with Outlook?

And... how is the sound quality on the phone part?

I have a 7100T, and have not had any problems Syncing with Outlook. Aditionally, I do not use BES, even though my company does have it running, the corporate policies are too restrictive ie firewall, web site blocking, etc. All in all, I love this device
