Default Contact attachments (RIM,Vcard) can't be viewed from email

I just got a 7100T, and have upgraded to the latest firmware that was just posted. In both firmware levels, the email program seems incapable of dealing with a vcard attachment (That was *sent* from one of the older blackberry's) or it's own RimAddressBook attachment (I sent it back to myself). Whiskey-Tango-Foxtrot? I sent my contact information to the other Blackberry and it was able to import it into the contact database. This seems totally ridiculous. Besides the fact that I now have to use Lookout to get my contacts back into the 7100t, I'm pretty unhappy about this. And given that I'm just a single user, and don't have a company providing a BES server, it seems like Blackberry only is interested in corporate customers.

Ideas, or am I stuck with having to forward the emails with the attachment to a system that can read the contact attachment, download it, and then plug it into Lookout and then synchronize. This alone is almost enough to make me take this thing back to T-mobile.

Default

I just tried it and I only have a 7100t, but I can email myself an entry in my address book. Delete that entry and then when I go to the email message it has the ability to view it. And then if you click the wheel again it gives you the ability to add to address book, or if you have it there already to update address. So I'm not sure what problem you are having.
