Hi there, so I painstakingly did a wipe and restore of a backup i made several months ago and now I have all my BBM contacts back, but with all status' and names from 4 months ago. BBM will not update to their current states. I even sent a message to a contact and it only has a check mark next to it, no delivery..

I've reset, removed battery..everything? Any options or suggestions other than removing and reinstalling BBM?

I've also deleted service and had Verizon re-send me service books for BBM..no taco!

Do a restore but click advanced and only move the BBM modules. If those modules are bad, go to the previous backup.

Actually what I did before I read your post was completely DELETED BBMesenger and downloaded software and RE-installed it. Only to have the same BS contacts come back and old status/ and bbm names.

how the hell didi all my old crap come back when I deleted it completely and re-installed!
